Excellent trip to Cuba

Crystal was very helpful with our trip to Cuba. She found us a lovely new resort - some of my favourite features other than the awesome beach was the lobster bbq on the beach! She made sure we had a quiet ground floor room, and when she advises you to use the lounge on the way back at the airport.. do it! It made the trip back so much nicer and less full of lineups.
